Q: How long will you need to keep my phone for?

This is a good question and one that many customers ask. We are able to offer you, in most cases, same day repairs. Our technicians are able to repair broken screens, buttons, and more in just 10 to 15 minutes. If for some reason the repairs you need are more extensive, we will provide you with a quoted timeframe while you are here.

Q:Do I need to make an appointment to have my phone repaired?

No. You do not have to make an appointment to bring your phone into our repair shop to have it fixed. In fact, we accept walk-in appointments every day. However, if you would like to make an appointment, you can by calling our office.

Q: I dropped my phone in the pool and am not sure what I need to do. Can you help me?

Yes. First and foremost, do not turn on your phone, as this may damage the internal circuitry of it. We recommend that you bring your phone into our office immediately. Water can cause severe damage to your phone, so it is best to have it repaired immediately.

Q: My phone’s screen is cracked, but it works. Why do I need repairs?

While your phone may still function with a cracked or broken screen, the cracks in the glass can actually allow other harmful substances to get into your phone. Dirt, water, and debris can make their way into the phone much easier with the crack there and these substances can cause serious damage to the internal circuitry of your phone.

Q: The buttons on my phone do not respond when I press them. Can you help me out?

Yes. The techs here at Philadelphia Phone Repair are able to replace any home, volume, or other buttons that may not work properly on your smartphone. These buttons do wear out over time and when they stop working, it does not mean that you need a new phone. Simply bring your device into us and let our team fix it for you.
